Something New: Part 1
Back in November, I heard about the Kodak Ektar H35 Half Frame Film Camera. After some deeper research, I was intrigued enough to order one. With film prices rising, I liked the fact that I could double the distance of each roll of 35mm film. The way each frame was split with 2 images really allowed for some interesting creative possibilites users. I was looking forward to taking this out with no expectations other than to have fun and to document the everyday moments with Kat.
As I look back at these images, they bring so many smiles. This first roll brings back so many fond memories from the December. Some moments captured in this first roll: Our wedding anniversary trip to Monterey and Christmas moments with our families.
One blunder I had with the first roll was I accidentally released the film early before actually finishing the whole roll. Oof, I blew it!
All images were shot on Kodak Portra 160.
